Human Rights
At SoliTek, we are committed to protecting and promoting human rights across our value chain. Based on country- and sector-level social risk assessments relevant to manufacturing activities in Lithuania, SoliTek recognizes that certain human rights-related risks are particularly relevant to its operations. These include collective bargaining and freedom of association, as well as occupational health and safety, including the risk of work-related injuies.
SoliTek addresses these risks by respecting employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, maintaining open dialogue with employees, and applying occupational health and safety policies and procedures, regular workplace risk assessments, safety training, and preventive measures aimed at reducing workplace accidents and injuries.
To manage these and other potential human rights impacts, SoliTek applies relevant internal policies and procedures and maintains accessible grievance and feedback mechanisms.
Grievance Mechanism
SoliTek’s grievance mechanism is available to employees and external stakeholders, including suppliers, business partners, customers, and local communities. Concerns may relate to human rights, workplace conduct, ethics, environmental impacts, or legal compliance.
Reports are handled confidentially by designated internal functions, reviewed in a timely manner, and managed in line with internationally recognized human rights principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ILO Conventions.
Non-Retaliation Commitment
SoliTek is committed to a strict non-retaliation policy.
No employee or external stakeholder will face retaliation, discrimination, or any adverse consequences for raising a concern or submitting a grievance in good faith, including through anonymous reporting. This commitment applies regardless of the outcome of the investigation.
This non-retaliation principle is aligned with SoliTek’s Human Rights Policy and applies across all grievance channels.
SoliTek provides a Speak Up channel for employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns. Reports can be submitted via an online grievance form or by email at [email protected].
