SOLID Bifacial and BLACKSTAR Modules Now Eligible for Made in Europe Bonus in Austria
We are proud to announce that SoliTek’s SOLID Bifacial and BLACKSTAR modules are now officially listed on Austria’s White List for the Made-in-Europe Bonus. This inclusion confirms that our modules meet all strict regulatory criteria for full European value creation across every manufacturing step, including:
  • Incoming inspection

  • Foil or glass lamination

  • Stringing (soldering)

  • Lamination process

  • Cabling

  • Framing (if applicable)

This recognition is part of Austria’s EAG-Investitionszuschüsseverordnung Strom framework, which provides up to a 10% additional subsidy for PV modules manufactured in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland.

What Does This Mean for Project Developers in Austria?

As of June 23, 2025, companies and individuals applying for funding through Austria’s second PV subsidy call can claim the Made-in-Europe Bonusonly for components listed in the official White List.

  • +10% subsidy for PV modules

  • +10% for inverters

  • +10% for battery storage systems

Note: The bonus must be selected during the application process in the EAG portal. Retroactive applications are not allowed. Final reimbursement will require proof of eligible components listed on the White List.
