SoliTek Honored with Silver Solar Diversity Champion Award

The 2023 Solar Diversity Champion Awards served as a platform to acknowledge and commend companies that have gone above and beyond to promote inclusivity and diversity within the solar industry. SoliTek emerged as a standout candidate, showcasing remarkable efforts in cultivating an environment that values diversity and equality.

SoliTek's journey towards this accolade can be traced back to its founder, Vidmantas, who was inspired by the resilience of racer Gintaras. This inspiration led to a commitment from the inception of the company to support "Tu gali," an NGO dedicated to empowering people with disabilities. This commitment has translated into tangible actions, with SoliTek providing opportunities to individuals who are often overlooked in the workforce. Over the past three years, the company has welcomed and employed 20 remarkable individuals with disabilities, comprising one-fifth of its workforce.

Responding to the humanitarian crisis stemming from the Ukrainian conflict, SoliTek extended its support by welcoming and providing employment opportunities for 32 war refugees since February 24, 2022.
